Sivaran (pronounced SEE-vah-rahn) is a city in the Viridian province of Casabon. Located at one of the mouths of the Casabon River along the Phiora Sea, much of the traffic along the river passed through Sivaran and the city has prospered from the resulting trade.
Sivaran is home to a large population of the families and descendants of political dissidents who fled Koritan.
