Togarmah (pronounced toh-GARR-mah) is a small city in the Viridian province of Andera. Located on the northern shores of the lake of the same name, the settlement is one of the largest in central Thadria and the only city in the peninsula, outside of Hkarzda at least, to have a major orcish population. These orcs are relatively new arrivals, having fled the conflict that has wracked Hkarzda since Y9932*.
