Phrygios (pronounced FRIJ-ee-ose) is a small city in the Viridian province of Attalea Minor, located between the Sentinel Peaks to the north and west and the Dragonpeak River to the south and east. It is the westernmost settlement of significant size in the Dominion, though surrounded by many small rural villages as well. Culturally Phrygios remains distinctly Hellean in influence, to such a degree that figures appointed by the Viridian throne to rule the region are required to speak the language of the peninsula, as few under them know more than a handful of words of Thadrian.
Not far to the northwest of the city sits the Hundred Hands Crossroads, a location of once-great importance to the faiths of multiple hero-gods, all of whom are now deceased and their cults defunct. Several minotaur tribes continue to make regular pilgrimages to the site, however.
