Sikaya (pronounced sih-CAI-ah) is a small city in the Viridian province of Andera. Located along the Casabon River in interior Thadria, the lands surrounding the city are well-known for their wineries, the products of which are highly sought after in the manors of the west. Sikaya has long been under the influence of the Raman senatorial family, though they have traditionally preferred to rule indirectly, letting others take the governorship as long as their interests are respected should they ask.
