The Star-Bearers are a minor cult of the Blind Witness. They are primarily found in the northern coastal reaches of the Eastern Chaskan city-states, with a relatively strong presence in Anaharath and Sarepta. The cult remains quite small, however, with no more than a few hundred followers even in these cities.
As recorded in one of their primary texts by an anonymous author, the cult believes they must "grab hold of the stars before they pass into the void and are lost". This is commonly understood to be a commandment to seize every opportunity to acquire wealth and power, quite a divergence from more mainline followers of the Blind Witness, who instead simply observe the passing of lost opportunities without interference. The cult has been particularly successful recruiting new members in areas where worship of Hasamel is already strong, and the few theologians who have studied the cult believe it to be a synchronized method of following both deities.
