The Rusted River is a major river in southern Abanir. It begins in the Zakros Range before flowing east and slightly north into the Titan's River, and from there out into Red Bay and the Kirnashal Sea. The name of the river comes from the many twisted bundles of iron swords, relics of a long-forgotten war on the steppes, that can be found along much of its length, usually submerged but occasionally poking above the surface.
