The Irenaka Bay (pronounced EE-reh-nah-kah) is a body of water east of Meklaw, part of the Sea of Khoros partially enclosed by the island. It is the site of the Irenaka Reef, one of the largest around the Three Great Seas. In large part due to the reef's shallowness, sailing through the Irenaka Bay can be difficult and treacherous, and as a result most major ports on Meklaw are on the north or west of the island instead. Many wrecks lie on the seafloor of the Irenaka Bay, reclaimed by wildlife at least until they attract the attention of adventurers and treasure hunters.
