Dalbar (pronounced DAHL-bar) is a regional language spoken primarily by the population of Dalbanu. Though it has some passing resemblance to Telan, evidence of a shared history, the two languages are not mutually intelligible.
Outside Dalbanu, Dalbar has seen some adoption among some mathematicians, engineers, physicists, and other learned individuals who work closely with mathematics. The language has a large vocabulary for neatly describing numerical concepts, especially those that would be cumbersome to communicate in other languages.
