The Three Great Seas is a major region primarily in the northern hemisphere of Kishar. The term refers to the Chaska, Kirnashal, and Kilche seas and the various nations, cultures, and societies that have grown on the surrounding landmasses. In the modern day even regions like Abanir, Brightmarch, or Rothurland that do not lie on one of the seas are generally considered to be part of the Three Great Seas region, as they are culturally and historically tied to those that do.

In some parts of the world, most notably in Koritan, the term Four Great Seas is preferred, adding the Phiora Sea to the list.

Inhabitants

Humans, dwarves, elves, tengu, goblins, and kobolds are all common around the Three Great Seas. Catfolk, ratfolk, leshies, gnolls, giants, cyclops, and others can be found as well.
