Skeleton Island is a small town within the archipelago of the Soul's End Islands, located on the island of the same name. The town is inhabited by pirates formerly associated with Andan Cuyucha who had split with him following their collective exile from the Refuge. Many townspeople display significant physical changes as the result of their consumption of the blood of the demon lord Huzrotho. Most buildings in the town are constructed out of the remains of the pirates' former ships.
