Runtiya (pronounced run-TEE-yah) is a town in the breakaway orcish region of Hkarzda, formerly within the Viridian province of Talliastu. Unlike the typical Viridian architectural styles in which most other settlements of Hkarzda are built, the inhabitants of Runtiya have constructed their homes in the manners used by their ancestors before the orcish exodus from Thadria - bone walls, semi-subterranean chambers, and so on. The clans that live in and around Runtiya were some of the earliest to settle in the Silverwood Hills, and though they are few in number, they are socially and politically quite influential.
