Lurath (pronounced LURR-ath) is a crashed elven aerolith that now lies submerged beneath the Na-Gaesa Ocean. Its inhabitants and their descendants repaired the once-flying city and rebuilt much of its habitable areas, and it now forms half of the nation of Cerca in the Wounds.
In their magical institute, the mages of Lurath have directed their attentions towards understanding the magical creatures of the ocean, both those around them and those found in deeper and shallower waters. Carefully cultivated coral gardens grow throughout the city.
Lurath is roughly 45 miles west-northwest from Ethausva.
