Dwarven is a family of closely related languages spoken by dwarves across Kishar. While often considered a single language by non-dwarves, in reality there is significant variation between Dwarven dialects, sometimes to the degree that they lose mutual intelligibility.
The Dwarven runic alphabet has also been adopted, with modifications, by languages spoken by other peoples worldwide
