Orsa (pronounced ORE-sah) is the capital city, and only major settlement, in the Rothurlandic jarldom led by Ivar the Glass-Armed. It is located on an island of the same name within the Eyjara Bay. Most of Orsa's population supports themselves though contributing in some way to the city's bustling whaling industry. Though rather remote, Orsa has become quite wealthy through these activities, and as as result is one of the more successful, stable, and peaceful jarldoms.
