The Blackwater River is a major river in Langkha. The river begins in the Suzerain's Scales, the mountains of central Kea Racha, before flowing north around the Kaaniral Hills and into the Kilche Sea. While most of the Gardens of the Suzerain can be found around the eastern rivers of Langkha, there are many around the Blackwater as well.
Crane Island, upon which the city-state of Pela Huban is located, sits between two forks in the Blackwater River right before the river reaches the sea.
