Exorrhiza (pronounced ex-or-HEE-zah) is a region in the southern Mire where planar coterminalities are so large and pronounced that the jungle functionally intersects with the First World, the plane of the fey. The strange creatures of the Mire and the fey realm coexist in a dizzying array of forms and sizes.

Exorrhiza is populated to a remarkable degree compared to the rest of the Mire, full of woven villages that hang from the tree tops by impossibly thin strands of vine. Some intelligent fey eventually leave Exorrhiza to wander Kishar, but most either remain in the area or else simply pass through on their travels through the First World.
