Rocco "Three-Eye" (pronounced ROW-koh) was a Meklovian tengu pirate and captain of the Apophis. In Y9976* Rocco assembled a group of adventurers and set off in search of Andan Cuyucha, a legendary pirate captain who disappeared centuries before. Eventually arriving in the Soul's End Islands and finding Cuyucha alive, Rocco and the adventurers worked alongside Cuyucha for a time after being promised his hidden treasure. Rocco betrayed the adventurers shortly afterwards, believing them to longer be necessary, and attempted to maroon them on Skeleton Island. Instead he was killed by the adventurers, who took over his ship and continued their quest.
Rocco had light-gray feathers. The origin of his nickname was understood only to his crew.
