The Eunomia Fleet (pronounced you-NO-me-ah) is a Pelesetian city-fleet. The fleet usually contains around thirty ships at any given time, though there are many ships that associate with the fleet that come and go on a regular base. The bulk of the Eunomia Fleet is relatively stationary, rarely venturing more than about 150 miles from the ports of Charax and Arsenoe, located on the southern coast of the Chaska Sea. Both ports are visited occasionally by the fleet, and the captains maintain good relations with the leaders of the two settlements.
The Drowned in Sorrow, captained by Artakama, is used as the flagship of the Eunomia Fleet. Councils of the city-fleet's captains meet on the Drowned in Sorrow whenever matters of discussion arise. Officially Artakama is granted no greater sway than anyone else in the council, though informally she wields great influence within the fleet.
Ships associated with the Eunomia Fleet frequently find work transporting cargo, especially to and from the ports of Khapesh.
