The Mezulla River (pronounced meh-ZOO-lah) is a major river in Brightmarch. The tributaries that feed the river begin in the hilly terrain of the Shashkan Forest before joining in the north then flowing out into the Gulf of Aserdus. Marsh grasses and river mangroves grow along much of the Mezulla, providing both safe refuge to those that wish to remain undetected as well as hiding spots for opportunistic predators.
