Illuyanka (pronounced ill-ooh-YON-kah) is an ancient black dragon that wanders the swamps and wetlands of Brightmarch with her nomadic kobold army. She greatly resents the presence of large cities and towns of humanoids in the region and holds a special hatred for the city-state of Sharruma. She has attacked the city and the outposts around its platinum mines repeatedly in the last millennia; the increasing militarization of the city-state has occurred in part due to the dragon's actions.
