Sanam Fayad (pronounced sah-NAHM fai-YAHD) is an undead ifrit from Amshan and formerly a world-renowned duelist. She rose as a cadaverous rake in Y9530* after dying in a duel with her rival, Vartan Khour. Though both died during this encounter, two two duelists are convinced the other struck the killing blow first. Driven by a compulsive need for a rematch, Fayad and Khour continue to pursue each other across the world. Though she has been almost singleminded in her pursuit, Fayad is more than willing to fight other opponents who get in her way. She has caused the demise of a number of Amshani swordmasters.
