Vartan Khour (pronounced var-TAHN KOOR) is an undead orc from Amshan and formerly a world-renowned duelist. He rose as a cadaverous rake in Y9530* after dying in a duel with his rival, Sanam Fayad. Though both died during this encounter, two two duelists are convinced the other struck the killing blow first. Driven by a compulsive need for a rematch, Khour and Fayad continue to pursue each other across the world. Khour has maintained a sense of honor and morality even in undeath, and often attempts to protect the bystanders Fayad carelessly harms as they give chase to each other.
