Senusret (pronounced seh-NOO-sret) is the vizier of the Khapeshan city of Sakha. A patron of scholars and learning, Senusret has heavily supported the city's expansive palace library during his two decades as vizier. In addition to encouraging preservation, transcription, and translation efforts, Senusret provides the library's scholars with funding to hire adventurers to delve into old ruins and bring back new material.
Now rather elderly, Senusret has held his viziership for most of his life. Appointed to the role by Menes II in Y9918*, when Senusret was only 24 years old, he was considered one of the monarch's most loyal and capable administrators of the last century. Rumors swirl that Senusret was the only vizier, or Khapeshan figure of any stature outside of the royal scribes, to have seen Menes after he began to hide his form away from the world. After Menes left the throne in Y9975*, Senusret has enthusiastically shifted his support to Chephren, eager to enact the new monarch's plans to grow Khapeshan centers of learning into the envy of the world.
