The Stone Ancestors are the ageless ur-dwarves who ascended to an etheric form, as recognized by followers of the Taruhmite pantheon. They are the same figures who are worshiped as gods by those who hold to the beliefs of the Dwer pantheon, though from a Taruhmite lens they shed their divinity and ability to shape the world by casting their mortal bodies aside.
