Rekli (pronounced RECK-lee) is a green-scaled kobold and the chief of the Smokeclaw tribe of kobolds. She has mastered techniques for boarding the mechanical carriages used in the Arrajan Wilds and often leads her tribe in raiding passing travelers to steal what they can. Rekli usually wears makeshift armor constructed of metal plating taken from these vehicles.
