Mount Vea (pronounced VEY-ah) is a guyot in the western Bay of Jinawa and a city of the same name built upon said guyot. Rising high above the surrounding seafloor, the guyot is over three miles in diameter, with kelp forests growing over much of its surface that is not inhabited.

The city of Mount Vea is centered around a large number of Augurs, partially submerged structures built by order of the Eternal Suzerain and still inhabited to this day. Grouped into five clusters, or districts, the several dozen Augurs are the home of Mount Vea's wealthy and influential, with most of its population living in smaller aquatic abodes around them.

Traditionally, the Eternal Suzerain's appointed ruler in Lelwani, the high dragon-prince, ruled from Mount Vea, but in the Suzerain's absence their authority has been functionally reduced to that of every other dragon-prince in the region.
