Nobble is a small city of the goblin "empire" of Pliver. The city is built inside an old crater. High-status goblins live around the edge of the crater, while those of lower status reside in the depression surrounded by accumulated filth. Most buildings in the city are constructed around and on top of precarious scaffolding - when these inevitably collapse, they are simply built on top of to grow the city slightly higher.
