Memory tablets are a method of retaining an individuals experiences using a form of memory magic developed by the ancient elves of Eita. These glass tablets, each the size of a typical book, can store large amounts of memories, up to years at a time. This comes with a drawback, however, as these are greatly lacking in detail. As with many Eitan developments, the magic necessary to create new memory shards has been lost, but they remain plentiful in crashed aeroliths around the world and in the ancient ruins of Brightmarch.

In contrast to memory shards, a similar type of item, the information stored by a memory tablet is significantly larger but often feels fuzzy or unclear. Those who interact with a memory tablet have the recollections implanted deep into their own conscious, as if they had experienced them long ago themselves.
