Ostraca (pronounced ost-RAH-cah) was a city in Akhom before it was destroyed in the Deluge. Built on top of a cliff overlooking the Kilche Sea, Ostraca was once an Akhoman center of arts, culture, and magical study. During the Deluge the cliff collapsed into the sea, bringing the city with it. Today the ruins of Ostraca lie in a jumble under the waves of the Kilche, slowly turning into a new coral reef.
