Verash Anaga (pronounced ver-ASH an-AH-gah) is the merfolk ruler of the city of Osilora. Anaga governs as an absolute autocrat, with little tolerance for dissent. She maintains close ties with the Zosterae mercenary company, even with her frequent clashes with Sindonis, the mercenaries' leader.
Anaga has goals to one day unite the nearby subsurface cities under her rule, in order to combat what she sees as an overreach by surface dwellers into their waters.
