The Elrain Oasis (pronounced ELL-rain) is one of the largest oases in the western Sangora Desolation. Though the main body of water in the oasis is only about four square miles in size, numerous other smaller springs contribute to supporting a sizable island of life in the desert.
The deep elves of Xorshala have built their surface city of Siadrish around the oasis. The natural ecosystem of the oasis has largely been destroyed in the process, as the deep elves have felled the palm trees and built over the plants that thrived in the desert landscape.
