The Damarchians (pronounced dah-MAR-key-ans) are an insular clan of werecreatures who live nomadic lives within the Greenwall of the western Halakran League. Most are outcasts who traveled to the remote region together upon their exile from Iaramnae, but over the decades they have adopted other lycanthropes who have been similarly rejected by their societies. While there are many families within the Damarchians, the clan as a whole is largely not related by blood.
Reclusive and isolationist, the Damarchians almost never leave their seasonal hunting grounds. Some lycanthropes within the clan, those who have less control of their transformations and urges, wander on occasion to the scattered villages in the foothills of the mountains, but the elders of the clan attempt to stop incursions into non-werecreature communities whenever possible.
