Tarma Ylen (pronounced TAR-mah YEH-len) is a librarian in Yarma's House of Treasure and a historian of Brightmarch. Rather than spend most of his time maintaining the House like the majority of other librarians, Ylen regularly ventures across Brightmarch, visiting the many disparate communities there and collecting their oral histories. He then compiles these into large tomes, giving them to the House once completed.
