Elvenstone is an underwater city within the Kilche Sea, nestled into the Sahelia Reef. In Y7230* azarketi explorers in the reef found an ancient, 30 foot tall statue of an elf, completely on its own amongst the coral. Elvenstone was founded at that spot shortly after.

The inhabitants of Elvenstone carefully tend to the coral around them, guiding and aiding its growth. Most buildings in Elvenstone appear to have been carved out of coral, but were actually built first, with the coral then allowed to cover them.

Hammerhead and white-tipped sharks are common in the reefs around Elvenstone, and are often tamed by the Elvenstonites as guard or scout animals.
