Wild Ones are elves who believe that the events and developments that led to the decline of Eita must never be repeated. Along with the Redemptionists, Wild Ones hold one of the few strains of elven thought that breaks with the widespread post-Eitan acceptance of the demise of their old kingdom.

Wild Ones view advanced arcane, alchemical, and scientific research as inevitably calamitous, and as such avoid these concepts as they attempt to live what they consider to be a more natural existence. On the margins, some Wild Ones view civilization itself as a danger to the world, and eschew mainstream elven culture and society altogether in favor of ascetic, nomadic lives far away from settled communities.

Wild One philosophy is largely a Hinthialite phenomenon, though its adherents can be found elsewhere as well. Some live in small remnant communities across Brightmarch and the Laqto Rainforest, as well as in Talmithe. Though they do not refer to themselves as such, certain deep elf settlements are similar to Wild Ones in their views.

As with the Redemptionists, Wild One beliefs remain relatively marginal in elven society, even within Hinthial.
