Iynx (pronounced EYE-inks) is a small city on the northeast coast of the Cradle, populated almost entirely by aquatic elves and their land-dwelling kin. The city is split between the shoreline and the shallow waters of the mangroves, and has been "built" by intentional growth of the trees into buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Along with Vesuna and Calaina, Iynx is one of the few remaining settlements of significant size on the Cradle. The massive creatures of the island by and large pay the city no mind, at least for now.
