Harpasus (pronounced har-PASS-us) is a major city in the Hellean nation of Halakros. The city has the status of a "free port", and is therefore free of most feudal obligations. The largest shipyards in Hellea are located in Harpasus, busy year-round producing galleys for both mercantile and military use. Wood harvested within the mountains of southern Hellea is floated down the Ocalea River to the port, where it is then processed before reaching the shipyards.
