Verani (pronounced ver-AH-nee) is a large town in Matarsah. Located on a bank in the river where the Lifewaters is joined by one of its tributaries, the town is one of the largest river giant settlements in the region. Verani's population is highly transitory as houseboats arrive and depart on a continual basis.
