Vicaze (pronounced vih-CAH-zay) is an island under the control of the Sun Refuge. The island is a rocky outcropping in the sea with craggy shorelines - the lack of usable interior land inhibits habitation. Watchtowers are staffed by the Harinnites, tasked with keeping an eye on the mainland. Unlike Madisa, the southern island controlled by the Refuge, Vicaze has no permanent population.
