Osilora (pronounced oh-sih-LORE-ah) is an underwater community within the Chaska Sea, located near the Akrotirian Isles. Highly isolationist to surface dwellers, the Osilorans regularly attack ships that venture too near their city. They maintain neutral if sometimes frosty relations with the other underwater cities of the Chaska Sea, however.
The Zosterae mercenary company is based in Osilora and recruits most of its members from the city. The mercenaries are also on a long-term contract to defend the city, a task they have loyally performed for the last few decades.
