Osilora (pronounced oh-sih-LORE-ah) is an underwater community within the Chaska Sea, located near the Akrotirian Isles. Highly isolationist to surface dwellers, the Osilorans regularly attack ships that venture too near their city. They maintain neutral if sometimes frosty relations with the other underwater cities of the Chaska Sea, however.
