Four Cedars Respite is a small village and waystation along the Golden Path. Located in the western Taizzan Expanse, not far north from the Forest of the Balanced Rocks, the village is named after four ancient and wizened cedar trees that its inhabitants have tended to for centuries. For many traveling along the Golden Path, the settlement is an important place to stop and buy supplies before setting off into the desert once more, especially for those traveling west into the harsh landscape before Gath Padalla.
