The Orange Lotus Fleet is one of the pirate factions within the Blacksand League. While many pirates pay at least passing homage to Besmara, those of the Orange Lotus Fleet are Besmaran devotees. Mera Munia has turned the pirates of the faction into an effective force that is loyal to Besmara and the fleet but little else. Individual Orange Lotus ships and crews are renowned for their ability to hit far above their weight, even capturing massive, fully armed and crewed Kea Rachan warships alone.
Location
The Orange Lotus Fleet is mostly active within the Kilche Sea, preying on the merchant vessels that travel its busy trade routes. Of the Blacksand factions, Orange Lotus ships are the most likely to venture east into the shipping lanes of the Mhasmuth Ocean and Gulf of Timakal. Orange Lotus ships frequently visit the ports of the Blacksand Archipelago, which are widely considered safe havens for pirates.
History
Originally a small group of captains that split off from the now defunct Dead Salt faction, the Orange Lotus Fleet has grown significantly in strength since Mera Munia took command in Y6968.
Interests and activities
The pirates of the Orange Lotus Fleet seek to enrich themselves while following the tenets of their goddess. Fortunately for them, these two goals are completely in alignment with each other.
Ships
The flagship of the Order is the Teng Pai.
The Fleet uses a variety of vessels, with a preference for small and nimble warships.

Relations
The actions and relations of the Orange Lotus Fleet are heavily driven by the tenets of Besmara. They tolerate no action that goes against the pirate goddess' codes, and insist that any they work alongside abide by the same restrictions.
