Soluntum (pronounced sole-OON-toom) is a town in the Tamkaranu colony of Ashnan. The town is one of the farthest settlements from the coast in the colony, located along the Adeban River on the northern edge of the Sagaritian Uplands. Originally founded by Macaria Colonial Guild to mine the valuable iron in the region, Soluntum is now under the control of the Lamplighters, rebels seeking an independent Ashnan. The town fell in Y9971* to an alliance between the Lamplighters and the local centaurs, almost without a fight, and has since become a safe haven for rebels from around the colony.
