Meharrize (pronounced meh-hahr-REE-zay) is one of the three oasis towns of Sahramina. Ystavalokaarme, a brass dragon, leads the town in a benevolent dictatorship of sorts.
Meharrize is the largest of the three Sahraminan towns and has the most extensive irrigation works. It is also the least wealthy of the settlements, as Ystavalokaarme is very willing to cut deals for supplies, or even give them out for free at times.
