Mowten (pronounced mow-TEN) is a town on the coast of the Sea of Khoros, south of the island of Nivaria. After an attack by crag trolls devastated the settlement in Y9962*, and the fires set to drive them off destroyed what was left, the areqal of Mowten, Taqer an Tumar, decreed that the town be rebuilt on stilts out at sea.
