Sintil Arsun (pronounced SIN-till ARR-sun) is the viceroy of the Oscan province of Aesar and the de facto leader of the island since undead began to overrun Oscan in Y9940*. Part of a once influential family, Arsun grew up in the Oscan capital of Tir before moving to Shearwater's Rest in his thirties.
