Qalhata is the Abjuration Pillar of Laniobriga, one of the magical rulers of that nation. She is perhaps the most reasonable of the Pillars, and is willing to offer assistance to those who seek her aid. Qalhata is protective of those she considers under her watch, including all students of the Tutela Institute of Abjuration in Nerii. Qalhata does her best to push back against the excesses of the other magical institutions and their exploitation of the people of Laniobriga, but has limited success diplomatically.
