Talgell (pronounced TALL-gell) is an abandoned city in Erenon, depopulated since the plagues swept through the province. Talgell was a relatively small city that made its fortunes from traffic along the Caerno River. A small druidic community lived near the city, protecting the nearby Balsheana Woods.
Along with Restone and Steel Falls, Talgell was one of the first locations where the Restone Plague emerged.
