House Matinus (pronounced mah-TEE-nuss) is a Viridian senatorial family. Their influence is relatively minor, both in the senate and in their home city of Akras, where they compete for control and power with House Zazgu, one of the few Tumunzari dwarven senatorial families. House Matinus briefly held the governorship of Karch Mard in the early tenth millennium before the local dwarven council reasserted control and exiled the family back to the coast.
